Welcome to Week 3 of Term 4!
We trust some students have had their first day back at school today – we hope it was wonderful for you all! This is our last week of online learning so we look forward to next week when classes resume at the studio.
TERM 4 INVOICES
Term 4 invoices have been emailed and are due 23 October. The due date was extended by one week as the invoices were sent later than expected. Please email us if you did not receive your invoice.
If you have any changes to make to your enrolled classes, would you email
caper@caperonline.com.au as a courtesy? We want to be sure our roll lists are correct prior to reopening as we allocated staffing, studio allocations, trophy orders, potential class rosters on this information.
ACTIVE/CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHERS
As advised in our communications accompanying the invoice, if you cannot see your Active or Creative Kids voucher applied to your term 4 fees it means that it has not been processed yet. If you have previously supplied a voucher it is fine to deduct $100 of the total. We did not process any vouchers to begin with as we gave families the opportunity to cancel their voucher before we applied it.
GWT TAP EXAMS
It is so exciting to hold the tap exams this week. Thank you to everyone for your efforts at the Mock Exam. We will be in touch directly with an updated timetable for the exam day. Since we have had some cancellations, it has changed the times of the exams. We have added some more opportunities for solo lessons with Kate Rodwell before the exam. A reminder to our Ready Set Dance students who were enrolled in Term 2. At this time you paid a $45 deposit for a concert costume. If you are not interested in participating in a concert in January, please email us so we can credit this amount to your Term 4 fees.

We need to post them off together in one group so please don’t forget to bring it in as it delays it for everyone. Our DanceSTEP representatives are also welcome to resume their practical training at the studio next week.
STRATA MAINTENANCE WORK
The Strata Management at Lexington Corporate Centre are undertaking maintenance around the buildings. Despite the goings on, it will be business as usual at Caper next week.
SHOW TEAM UPDATE
Show Team students have been given some preliminary information about the Christmas Parade performance at RHTC on 6 November. We have been informed today that we will be in the 10am parade so at this stage we anticipate a 9am arrival time for everyone. If you know that you are available/unavailable, please RSVP via the App calendar. This helps the teachers plan the routine and leads to higher productivity during class.
